- When can you get a Refund or Replacement? For Subscriptions: If a tool or service you subscribed to does not work for 7 days in a row, you can ask for a refund or a replacement. First, our team will try to fix the issue with technical support. If it still doesn’t work, we will offer you a replacement or your money back. For Digital Products and Courses: Items like e-books, software, templates, or online courses cannot be refunded once they are delivered. If you have a technical problem within 7 days of buying, we will help you fix it. If we can’t fix it, we may give you a different product of the same value.
- Replacement Policy To make sure everyone gets fair access to our support, each customer can get one free replacement every 30 days. This helps us keep our service high-quality for all users.
- The Refund Process If your case qualifies for a refund, we follow these steps: Step 1 Initial Review: Our support team will check your request within 24 to 48 hours. We might ask for screenshots or more details to verify the problem. Step 2 Fixing the Issue: If the problem can be fixed, we will provide technical help or a replacement tool. Step 3 Final Refund: If we cannot fix the problem after trying, we will issue a full refund. This usually takes 5 to 7 business days to show up in your original payment method.
- Subscription Refund Calculation If you use a long-term subscription and face a permanent issue later, we calculate the refund based on unused time. For example, if you paid 1599 for 12 months (which is about 133 per month) and used it for 7 months, we will refund the remaining 5 months. In this case, the refund would be 666.
- Google Drive Folder Rules By buying our Google Drive folder service (100 GB storage), you agree to these terms: The transfer is final and cannot be undone once the folder is in your account. If you want to remove the folder and get a refund within 14 days, we will refund 40% of the price. 60% is kept for service and processing fees. After 14 days, no refunds are possible. The folder is for personal use only; misuse can lead to account removal without a refund.
- Lifetime Subscription Meaning At DigiSandesh, the word “lifetime” means a 2-year guarantee from the date you buy it. After these 2 years, any repairs or replacements might require an extra fee. This ensures we can provide reliable support for a long period.
- Canva Account Rules Canva Pro (Edu) 1-Year: If the account stops working after 7 months (60% of the time), you are not eligible for a replacement. If it stops before that, we will fix or replace it. Canva Reseller Panel: Since Canva does not have a real lifetime plan, we cannot guarantee how long the reseller panel will last. Please understand this before buying.
- Non-Refundable Items Products like graphic design assets, templates, and e-books are not refundable because they are delivered instantly. If a product is broken, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it with a working one.
- General Rules No refunds are given for “change of mind” after a product is delivered. We expect customers to use tools fairly. If we see misuse or abuse of our system, we may deny a refund. All approved refunds take 5 to 7 business days to process.
