NO Excuse
Once a tool has been delivered, requests for refunds due to changes of mind or no longer needing the product will not be accepted. Refunds are applicable only if the tool does not function continuously for 7 days. In such cases, you are eligible to request a refund, provided the issue is reported and verified by our team.

- Total cost: ₹1599 for 12 months.
- Cost per month: ₹1599 divided by 12 = ₹133.25 per month.
- Used months: 7 months × ₹133.25 = ₹932.75.
Since you’ve used the service for 7 months, we’ll deduct ₹932.75 from the total amount. This leaves a balance of ₹666.25, which is the amount you’ll receive as a refund.

This refund calculation policy applies only to our subscription-based products. If you’ve purchased a Lifetime Subscription product, please note that we do not sell services with true “lifetime” access. In our terms, “lifetime” refers to a maximum guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase.
So, whenever you see the term “lifetime” associated with any of our services, please understand that it comes with a 2-year guarantee. After 2 years, any additional support, repairs, or replacements will incur additional charges, as it falls outside our warranty period. 2. Digital Products & Paid Courses Refund Policy

We provide Canva Pro (Edu) accounts with a 1-year validity. However, we do not guarantee that the account will remain functional for the entire year. If the account stops working after 60% of the subscription period has been completed, we will not provide a free replacement. This policy helps balance the risk of offering discounted Canva accounts while still ensuring that you get a significant portion of the subscription.
Canva Pro Reseller Account:
We also sell a Canva Pro Reseller Panel, which allows you to give access to Canva Pro for up to 500 users. However, we do not provide any guarantee on how long this panel will function. Many resellers promise lifetime access, but Canva does not offer any lifetime plan. As such, we are transparent that the reseller panel is sold without any time-bound guarantee. You are encouraged to make your purchase with full understanding of this.

- Non-Reversible Transfer: Once the folder is transferred to your Google Drive account, the process is final and cannot be reverted. Please ensure you agree with this condition before proceeding with the transfer.
- Refund Terms:
- If you request a folder removal or account reversal, only 40% of the paid amount will be refunded. A deduction of 60% is applied to cover service and processing fees.
- Refunds will only be processed if the folder removal request is made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds are applicable.
