By purchasing from DigiSandesh, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Rules
- Change of Mind: Once a product is delivered, we do not accept refund requests based on “change of mind” or “no longer needed.”
- Technical Issues: Refunds are only applicable if the tool or service fails to function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
2. Tools & Subscription Policy
We understand that reliable tools are crucial for your workflow.
- Eligibility for Refund: If a subscribed tool is non-functional for a continuous period of 7 days, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.
- Replacements: Each customer is entitled to one (1) free replacement within a 30-day period.
- Partial Refund Calculation: If a refund is approved for a subscription service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will deduct the cost for the months you have used.
- Example: If you paid ₹1,599 for 12 months (approx ₹133/month) and used it for 7 months, we will deduct ₹932.75 (7 x ₹133.25) and refund the remaining balance of ₹666.25.
- This ensures you only pay for the time the service was active.
3. Digital Products & Paid Courses
Due to the downloadable nature of digital products (Scripts, Themes, Courses), all sales are considered Final.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the link has been delivered.
- Exception: If a file is corrupt or technically defective and we cannot fix it within 7 days, we will provide a replacement product of equal value.
4. “Lifetime” Deal Definition
To ensure complete transparency, please note our definition of the term “Lifetime”:
- 2-Year Guarantee: Whenever a product or service is sold with a “Lifetime” tag, it refers to a guarantee period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
- After 2 Years: Any support, repairs, or replacements required after this period will incur additional charges.
5. Specific Product Policies
A. Canva Accounts
- Canva Pro (Edu) – 1 Year Validity: If your account stops working after you have completed 60% of the subscription period, no free replacement or refund will be provided. This balances the low cost of the service with the usage you have already received.
- Canva Reseller Panel: This panel allows you to add up to 500 users. Please note, we do not provide any time-bound guarantee for the Reseller Panel. It is sold “as-is” without a lifetime promise, as Canva does not officially offer lifetime plans.
B. Google Drive Storage (100 GB Private Folder)
- Service Nature: This is a private folder with 100 GB capacity shared to your account, not an account storage upgrade.
- Refunds: If you request to remove the folder or cancel the service:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- We will refund only 40% of the paid amount.
- 60% will be deducted as service and processing fees.
- Non-Reversible: Once transferred, the process cannot be fully reverted without the fees mentioned above.
6. Refund Process & Timeline
If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above:
- Contact Us: Send an email or WhatsApp message with your Order Number and a screenshot of the issue.
- Review: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
- Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
